When I am at my best in a room?
I walk into rooms where everyone is pulling in different directions and I lead them to a decision they can all stand behind.
Some people avoid the hard rooms. The ones where the pressure is high, the data is conflicting, and everyone has a different opinion about what to do next.
I have spent years at one of the world’s leading engineering firms, deploying into battery crises across several countries and various battery programs on the edge of collapse. In those rooms I do two things simultaneously:
- understand the people.
- understand the problem.
Then I build the path that gets everyone moving in the same direction.
